The don't go bald and lack facial hair. Could that be because they have lower amounts of DHT and testosterone?

Well, first you have to keep in mind that it is a mixture of both testosterone and genetics that leads to male pattern baldness. It's for that very reason why members of the same family may experience baldness and some may not, or why some suffer from pre-mature baldness. So to answer your question the most likely reason is that whatever genes involved with baldness is possibly not as prevalent among native american populations compared to those of European and African descent. As for facial hair... er they shave? That's hard to answer due to the fact that every individuals' facial hair growth patterns tend to be different so I don't know, but I've lived near a reserve and most of natives that I know can growth facial hair fine. :p

I'm not sure if some of your edits were aimed at me so sorry if they weren't. I didn't say DHT or testosterone or whatever didn't affect male hair growth nor that your question was dumb. My point was that there exists additional genetic factors (EDA2R gene as an example, you can wiki it)

that can effect the likely-hood of baldness in some that may not be as prevalent in Native American populations. That's what I was getting at. :) ... Also I'm white not native. I just lived near a reserve but you may have been directing that at the others, so never mind if that's the case.

Sigh, can you say big time trolling? I'm not native, and this question is rude and shows you don't know how to google even a little bit.
