What is the best way to astral project within a week or two

Astral Projection You Leave your Physical body and can project yourself anywhere you please basically.
Lucid dreaming you can become Psychotic from simply loosing track of reality and you need an item made to make sure you are not dreaming. The movie Inception was based off concepts of Lucid Dreams

Sorry i haven't tried it myself, but make sure you now the details of side affects, and things that can go wrong first. I was thinking about Lucid Dreaming, but you can literally go psychotic if done incorrectly, so i stopped trying. Just make sure Astral Projection is safe.

While lucid dreaming and the sensation of leaving your body may be real it is pretty obvious that you don't actually leave it in any real sense. People may claim that their spirit can travel the real world and go around looking at things but where is the evidence? Don't you think if there were invisible astrally projecting people all over the place it would be pretty darn obvious? You wouldn't feel comfortable being naked in your own bath tub for fear some uninvited astral projector was sitting there silently snickering.

I know this may sound bad, but I have never really believed the astral projection. I did read about it...though never believed it. I had went and bought some 7h potpourri. It is supposed to be legal weed and I smoked about half a joint and figured nothing would happen bc it was "legal"

I don't want to type the whole story. But it was a life changing event. It was like an ego death. My energy or spirit was sucked out of my body and taken elsewhere. Just imagine being sent to outerspace and seeing your life flash before you. It was a horrible experience but it has gotten me further than I have ever been spiritually.
