i try to help people but sometimes i need the advice of others, i have a friend who sees her brother all the time, he was murdered, we all say that people who have been murdered come back to try and tell us something, she is naturally beside herself and wants to know what her brother is trying to tell her, he has been dead 3 years, i have tried to get him on evp but so far nothing, how can she go about finding out what her brother is trying to tell her please??? thanks in advance.

It all depends on why he is hanging around. If his murderer was not caught or yet brought to justice; he could be hanging out until this happens. He could feel that he can't leave the sister alone given his own tragic death...might feel that he needs to protect her.
If she is seeing him, she is likely the best one to ask why he is there. Generally "yes/no" questions are the easiest to get answered for people who are not adept. She just needs to talk to him and set up a system and go from there.
