Is it? Because my teacher said we should meditate for at least a hour a day. I cant do that. Sit and close my eyes for a hour doing nothing. I know I can fall alsleep for a hour laying down but I dont know about meditating. Help? & can I listen music? If so which or what kind music be best for it? Is dubstep ok? Because thats only what I rarely listen to anyways....

Dubstep is syncopated, usually. Meditation is smoother and non-inflected: when a thought or feeling arises in meditation, it is regarded and not particularly engaged in. Syncopation as in dubstep music emphasizes and attaches energy to a particular item or notation point in time-space. A better type of meditation music would be e.g. Vaughn Williams' "Lark Ascending":
