Lately I have been seening things mainly out of the corner of my eye and after i blink etc. At night I will see shadows some low to the ground others high and they are darting. But today i was outside in broad daylight and I looked near my sisters truck and blinked for a split second i saw a man lookin at me he was white with a blue **** on. It happened so quick i couldn't tell anythin else about him. Unlike the others that are gone a split second later this one wasnt i looked away and caught a glimpse of the same thing out of the corner of my eye. So i focused again looking directly at it and blinked and saw it again. They don't scare me. I don't really believe in ghosts i am just hoping im not schizophrenic. i have had a ton of stress on my my health isn't great my mind is going 1000 mph and i am angry and anxious all the time. But even if im not anxious or angry i see them. It's just really wierd.

I get these optical illusions a lot, but after some investigation I can always figure out what is triggering my peripheral vision.
And like you said, you have some pre-existing conditions that can amplify the anxiety that such an illusion might cause, e.g., panic disorder.
You're also on the spot with your comment about "why is everything always a demon?" Have you heard the expression "when all you have is a hammer, everything starts looking like a nail?" It's the same thing with those who are always claiming "it's a demon" to every report of a shadow or mysterious sound. They don't think through the logical possibilities, so they simply revert to their faith beliefs to answer things for them.
