If it helps I said "Japanese Ghost" because it looked like a ghost from those Japanese movies, specifically THIS: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=t…

I would of clicked a bigger image and linked you to it, but i'm far too terrified to do that.

It's called sleep paralysis, it's not a paranormal phenomena, it's a perfectly natural, and common sleep disorder. Your body paralyzes itself in deep sleep to keep you from acting out your dreams. If you wake up suddenly, you sometimes don't completely wake up, your body and parts of your brain are still in that mode, it takes a bit to come out of it. It comes not only with paralysis, but often with vivid realistic hallucinations, it's sort of like dreaming with your eyes open. It's terrifying, I've experienced it myself on numerous occasions, but it's NOT paranormal, it NOT a haunting, and really, there isn't much that can be done, unfortunately. Though, people DO tend to have worse hallucinations when they allow these episodes to make them paranoid, so if it happens again, try to remain calm despite the fact it's scary, and remind yourself it's not real and it will pass.

What you experienced was sleep paralysis. I have had the same thing happen to me, but in my case it was the grand reaper scratching my foot and I couldn't even kick him away. I have just recently found out that this is common and I dont believe that there are any demons or ghost. If you want more information you can always google sleep paralysis. Or follow this source...

DMT, a drug naturally made by the body. It makes us dream, and large doses are released upon death, which is why many people hallucinate in near death experiences. Sleep paralysis too, just still experiencing the "Trip" from the dream, and it seemed real. Don't worry, it's natural for us to have these paranormal fears.

It ain't likely, and lay off the movies and video games for a month.

maybe it was a dream? I've had a similar experience.
