ok. well right off the bat, we know that arc JK = 180 degrees, since it is half of the circle
by the same logic the top half also equals 180 degrees.
we know that PM = 40, and JKM = 210
but we already know that JK = 180 , so MK = 30.
so JP, the missing arc in the top half is 180 - 30 - 40 = 110.
