Do i see ghosts? Or do i have some mental illness

well i cant see what your seeing and i am not there personally so i dont know. i cant question your sanity. but if your sanity was in question you would of been to a few doctors that might of came up with a mental illness for you by now. so who knows.

I can tell.

I know multiple people who also claim to be able to see and hear ghosts, and none of them seem to have any mental illness. Some of them have provided information that they claim to have gotten from the ghosts that they should not have been able to know. The best one I know will describe a spirit in great detail and has had the information verified by someone present. This person has also worked with law enforcement and provided accurate information that was not released to the public, in some cases while sitting at a computer over a 1000 miles away.

If you have seen evidence of spirits moving things, where you know that no physical person was involved then it adds confirmation to the belief that what you are seeing is real.

If what you are seeking is scientific proof that you can do this, you will be disappointed. This touches upon the scientific field of conscious studies, but no one has clearly proven just what consciousness is or even what to be looking for. However, there are scientists who would probably love to work with you once you are over the age of 18 to try to help them understand what is happening. Further, if you can hear the spirits also, that makes you even more special. At least one scientist that I know of would probably like to measure electromagnetic fields when you are speaking with a spirit to attempt to again obtain readings that look like human brain waves.

You might be mentally ill. If there is anyone in your family who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, your chances of developing it increase tenfold. Seeing and hearing things others can't is only ONE SYMPTOM, though. I know this from spending hours in doctor's offices. I recommend finding a good, open-minded doctor. Talking to someone can't hurt. It might even reassure you. I do advise against religious counselors. They tend to see things in a slanted light.
