0.5g = 500mg
To decide on which tabs, look at below:
1) 500mg / 250mg = 2 tabs
2) 500mg / 400mg = 1.25 tabs
Since splitting pills to 1/4 isn't accurate, use the 500mg tabs. Two of them per dose
