I am 135 pounds (61 kgs) and 16 years old and I get frequent migrains and for the longest of times tylenol extra strength has been the only thing that could help. Today, during a particularly bad migraine, I really wanted relief so I could get through the school day, so I just kind of reached into the bottle without thinking and took six but the pain did not go away. Twenty minutes later I was in pain and I took four more and I ended up taking four more in a 1 hour period. It has been eight hours since I finished taking the Tylenol and i have had no symptoms, except for some diarrhea but that is expected since I am on miralax for constipation. I am only a little bit worried because I read that taking more than 7000 Mgs in one day can cause damage however I then read that the body can take 140 mgs/kg of acetominophen and I only took 7000 when I can supposedly handle 8500 without getting poisoned. I just wanna know if I should get to a doctor because I really don't wanna scare my mother.

The fact that you took more than two days' worth of pills essentially all at once, and that you have been doing this for a long time indicates you probably have done irreparable damage to your liver.
Stop making the same stupid choices and looking for attention here. If you *really* have migraines, talk to your doctor about *that*, not for tests after self-medicating. There ARE migraine treatments a 16 year old with bad decision-making abilities might not be aware of or have access to.
