Okay, last night after 2 hrs sleep, I woke up due to a nightmare. I have severe mental health problems as it is, and when I woke up I wasn't quite right, my arms were numb, although I woke on my back...while I wasn't quite right I remember taking tablets, after planning on putting myself into a drug induced coma...I took 3x Haloperidol 1.5.mg, 2x procyclodiene 5mg, 3x citalopram 20mg and 2x Doxylamine Succinate. I have now not slept for 22hrs and have been feeling sick the entire time, I have not actually been sick, and have been taking haloperidol and procyclodiene for a few years, citalopram a few weeks and Doxylamine Succinate as a prn, probably taken 10 total before last night.
If anyone knows if ill be okay, (I am a severe hypochondriac) or what will happen exactly, please respond.
If anyone knows why my arms were numb after the nightmare, please respond too, I am shattered, but in all honesty, too scared to sleep...thank you
Oh, and if you think I may get a better response in a different category, please let me know.

Those doses don't sound high enough to cause excessive toxicity, however, having not slept for 22 hours is not at all healthy. You should definitely see a medical practitioner and speak about why you attempted to put yourself into a coma and what (if any treatment) is necessary for the excessive amount of prescription medication you took. You must not take any more medication of any kind until you've seen a doctor (ASAP). It is possible that, having taken all different sorts of medication, your body is not feeling too happy and could explain why you feel ill. Definitely seek help today. Good luck.
