most likely dead... why am I even answering this question-Hard question-Eat it and find out.......
and the stomach acid didn't destroy it, would a butterfly be able to come out and mess with my organs?

Even if the butterfly came out, butterflies rely on water and nectar to survive. It wouldn't have any nectar to live on.

Also, if it somehow miraculously survived a stomach pH of 1-2, it would make its way out of the stomach and through the digestive tract -- your small and large intestines. There's no way it would just PUNCH ITS WAY THROUGH the lining of your intestines. The walls of your intestines are too thick and a butterfly's proboscis is used for sucking, like a straw. If anything, you'd probably defecate and the butterfly would come out that way, most likely dead.

.. why am I even answering this question
