Is there an over the counter medication I can take for O.C.D

A lot of people who practice alternative medicine, would perscribe an herb supplement.

But honestly, it depends on the severity. If you have trouble concentrating, focusing, and dealing with daily activities, go to a doctor, because herbal supplements are false hope, in my opinion!
