im getting sharp pains during the day its only started im four weeks pregnant.

Definitely, as long as you aren't bleeding, but let your OB know just to be safe.It is probably round ligament pains due to your uterus stretching out to prepare for the baby :) There is a great book you should read called-What To Expect While you are expecting.It has everything you need to know that your body will do during pregnancy.Good luck and congrats!
