Like i love space science and i find looking the stars to be very interseting.
Idk but i would like to know if there are any good/ fun jobs out there that would require a degree in Astronomy. And can you take Astronomy in College? Like do small colleges offer it or do you have to go to a big university.

Many colleges offer a course or two in astronomy, but you want one that offers a major. There are 30 or more such colleges in the USA, a few being Yale, Harvard, Cornell, Universities of Texas, Wisconsin, Arizona (the largest program, 200 undergrads), Indiana, California, Washington, etc
Most need at least a Master level degree.
Jobs: federal departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, NASA and weather service all employ astronomers
States: New Mexico has started its own private launch facility
Private firms: some have govt contracts, such as Northrup Grumman. Others do work on their own, such as SpaceX and Bigelow.
Planetariums (about three thousand in the USA)
Observatories: visual such as Kitt Peak or Mauna Kea; radio such as Greenbank or Arecibo; ground command such as JPL

Do your undergrad & masters in physics then do your doctorate in Astronomy. If you do your undergrad in Astronomy, your degree is worthless because you are too specialized too early...By doing your undergrad in physics you can get a quality job while you continue your masters and doctorate.
