but if they put into your arm a needle, then pop a vial into it, to extract blood, that would be the "injection" method you must mean. no real injection occurs, just extraction.
well there are some machines to measure your blood oxygen level by light, but that will not tell you the cbc (complete blood count).
if between now and then, they invent a tricorder like on star trek, otherwise, no.

not to be pedantic, but an injection is when a substance is introduced into the body, not taken out.
to answer your question, there are some tests that can be done with blood from a finger prick (like blood sugar, inr for patients on warfarin, and cholesterol). however if you go to the doctor and have blood work ordered, they will most likely need to draw blood from a vein.
