Doctor prescribed em to me for back pain it says on the bottle adults 2-3 every 5-6 hours but I'm 15 and it doesn't say anything about kids and I don't wanna get high I want this pain to go away

The dose of vicodin is usually 1-2 every 4-6 hours. It's not a very good pain reliever, IMO, and is not likely to be good for back pain anyway. Opioids don't usually do a great job for that. Vicodin is hydrocodone mixed with acetaminophen, and you can actually take too much of the acetaminophen if you go overboard with the vicodin.
Have you tried 800 mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours? Doesn't require a prescription and often works well.
The safest thing to do is take the meds as prescribed, no more and no more often, and if it's not sufficient, call your doctor and see if another type of med will work for you.
