lets just for a moment pretend that nobody who reads your question has seen what you see. What do you reckon were going to think when we read that description?Do you mean, in a photo of a moon landing site on the surface? Or that youre seeing that as you look at the moon in the sky? I can see the moon in the daylight sly where I am now,......
It looks like it has legs going out from the bottom right.

I think you're asking about the crater Tycho and its ray system. This is one of the most recent craters to form on the Moon, and the debris ejected from the impact went into a low orbit around the Moon in many directions, leaving bright rays of ejected material on top of the darker base rock.

Do you mean, in a photo of a moon landing site on the surface? Or that you're seeing that as you look at the moon in the sky? I can see the moon in the daylight sly where I am now, and it looks like a normal mid-afternoon first quarter or half moon. A bit more detail would help.

we give or form something (ideas, pictures, image) from the objects that we see depending on how we perceive them. there are no spider legs on the moon. its just a image formed by your brain as you analyze the physical data of it.

It’s the moon’s equivalent of the North Pole.

There aren't spider leg things on the moon. There were in Apollo 18, if you saw the movie, but they do not exist.
