I suck at math, and i need help :(!!!!!!!!

2x+2= 10?

That question is very simple

2x+2=10
(subtract 2, on both sides)
2x=8
(divide by 2 on both side)
x= 4
there you go!
you have to do the inverse of everything, to solve the question.

2x+2=10
-2 -2
2x=8
2 8/2
x=4

2x+2= 10
2x=8
x=4

X = 4
10 minus 2 is 8
8 ÷ 2 is 4
Simple.

X=4 2x4=8 8+2=10

2x+2=10
2x=8
x=4
