Thanks for your answer. I understand that serotonin syndrome is the most likely cause of harm. SSRI's affect the brain in more way's then just serotonin. This is why the overdose concerns me.
The body must metabolise the overdose, which could damage the liver/kidney I think (no expert, just done some research).
The overdose could not directly damage any organs apart from the liver, kidneys, heart and brain, right? My lungs, stomach etc are safe.

If you are taking specific other drugs such as Warfarin (a drug that is metabolized by cytochrome P450 microsomal enzymes), Serotonin Syndrome can lead to a buildup and overdose of those drugs.
Serotonin syndrome can also lead to hyperthermia. This is where your body temperature gets too high (over 105F) and this starts causing other damage.
You would be significantly, desperately ill if any of this were happening. If you're sitting in front of your computer wondering whether you are secretly damaging your organs with an overdose, you're not. If you're vomiting and signficantly feverish and wondering whether you can crawl to the phone to dial 911, then you could be causing meaningful damage.
Stop obsessing and embrace the medication that is helping you.
