An overdose of Vicodin can be fatal. An overdose can be categorized as ANY amount over your prescribed dosage and any overdose, including very small ones, can cause damage.
What could happen if you overdose is any or all of the following:
-loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, sweating, and confusion or weakness. Later symptoms may include pain in your upper stomach, dark urine, and yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes.
Actual overdose symptoms may also include extreme drowsiness, pinpoint pupils, cold and clammy skin, muscle weakness, fainting, weak pulse, slow heart rate, coma, blue lips, shallow breathing, or no breathing/death.
If you're looking to overdose to get high then you're a moron...and if you want to avoid death or liver failure then don't up your dosage by more than a few mg at a time...

Vicodin will make you fly no matter how much you take, but Vicodin is very random, not a drug to mess with. Don't try your luck. Take what the prescription tells you to, no more.
