that's so easy to do, lots of water and take niacin twice or three times a day every couple hours. take 2-4 each time depending on your tolerance. that will defiantly do the trick. don't get the all grain kind or some natural **** just get plain niacin found at any drug store. if you can get someones pee that's super easy but with a week to prepare your good. with niacin you can take a drug test the next day. some people get rashes and sweats I never did. if you think you will then just take 6 right before bed so you'll sleep through it.
