Friend tricked me into taking a drug??? I thought it was tylenol

I had a headache and was laying on my couch and my 'friend' got me a tylenol. I was kinda tired so I didn't pay attention and I took it and then she started laughing saying she gave me ecstasy. I thought she was kidding but now two-ish hours later, I'm feeling something. It's definitely not what ecstasy sounds like it'd be. Turns out she bought some of these from a unknown dealer and didn't want to be the first one to test them out so she gave them to be like a freaking guinea pig.

I have no idea what I took and I'm SO mad at her but I can't do anything about that now. Basically my head feels weird. Like I have to keep it up straight because it feels like there's literally something keeping it straight. And my thoughts are kinda hazy and everything is kinda confusing on my screens (like I'm just skimming over things and I don't really get it). That and I get kinda confused when I'm typing, so ignore it if I'm rambling/some of this doesn't make sense.

She can't get ahold of the person and I'm really scared and I have no idea what this is. Please can somebody help me! D: nothing feels 'awesome' and my pupils aren't dialated or anything so this definitely isn't what my friend bought. I'm really mad at her but we're home alone and if something happens, I don't want to be alone :/ so please, does anyone have any idea of what this may be? Help D: D: D:

Call the cops. They can take you to a hospital and take your friend... well.. where she belongs too.

Get the emergency room right away. If you do not react right away it could damage something serious like a kidney or something. It could even kill you!!! First call the hospital, then after call the cops.

No, however if you're that worried about it I would go to the hospital... And get a new friend.
