I smoked couple days before a TB test, so will I test positive

I smoked weed four days before I got my TB shot and now I have a red spot that hurts where the shot was, so I think I tested positive. If and when I get my X-Ray taken, will it show that I smoked? Will they see lung damage in the xray? It was only my second time smoking so I shouldn't have that much damage, right? HELP!

2] smoking only two times will not cause visible lung damage on Xrays
3] smoking pot vs. smoking plain cigarettes actually causes more lung damage, per 'cigarette'

Cannabis (marijuana) is used to TREAT Lung cancer-- and has NO KNOWN adverse medical reactions (unless you smoke/ingest too much-- then sleepiness/excitability, munchies and dry mouth are common) It has NOTHING to do with your TB test-- you are having either an allergic reaction, or an infected injection site (very common)

They won't be able to tell if you've been smoking weed from an X-ray.
