Who will win if they dont make mistakes?Best answer with an answer which sort of explains it gets 10 points + respect.-First move wins.Q1 makes horizontal move to block off all but 2 columns.Q2 now can either move 1 diagonal square or up to 4 vertical squares in its starting column.Q1 now moves to be a knights move from Q2.......
Here is the problem to solve:
There is a chess board and there are only 2 queens, each in differents corners. They each move their queens one after the other each taking turns. They are not allowed to cross each others' hit paths and they cannot stay on them. The loser is the one who cannot move. Who will win if they don't make mistakes?
Best answer with an answer which sort of explains it gets 10 points + respect.

First move wins.

Q1 makes horizontal move to block off all but 2 columns.

Q2 now can either move 1 diagonal square or up to 4 vertical squares in its starting column.

Q1 now moves to be a knight's move from Q2.

Q2 now has no moves if in starting column, and can only retreat to starting row if original move was 1 diagonal square.

Q1 now again moves to be a knight's move from Q2 (if necessary).

Q2 now has no moves.

EDIT:

I overlooked something ....

not done yet.

It would be a tie since the beginning of the game. Because any corner the queens are placed they'd be in each others path(diagonally or even straight).

But if they do have to move and refrain from crossing each other out, logically the player who makes the first move has a higher chance of winning as he\she has an advantage of covering more squares on the board from the beginning.

Hope I'm right lol.
