It all depends on your metabolism and sometimes genetics. I ive seen people who swim but still have belly fat and stay at the relative weight range. The diet alone should get you to lose at least 2-3 pounds a week. With all of that exercise i would say you could lose 5-8 pounds but then again it all depends on how hard you work out, your genetics, and metabolism.

I tried many times without success. I had to quit dieting because of side effects like depression, stress and mental fatigue
Consulting a physician really helped me: I lost 25% in fifteen months and my goal is to lose another 20% in the next fifteen months

You cannot lose weight. Losing weight is a myth.

Probably not a lot. Just use some kinda Weight loss program like weight watchers. so much easier.
