They have very little fuel, only about 20% of the satellite mass. Some of them have been moved as much as 120 degrees (about 88,300 km) to replace broken satellites. But most of them are moved only a few 100 km over their 13 year lifetime. Then at the end of their operational life, they are boosted up about 300 km, into a "graveyard" orbit.

Most have no fuel. The TDRS satellites had small thrusters to adjust attitude on occasion, but by & large - they simply coast.
