50, youre essentially making 15 per wreath.......
you want to start a business making Halloween wreaths. It will cost you 56.00. It will cost you 3.50 to make the wreath and you will sell them for $18.50 each.

-Write an inequality that shows how many wreaths you must make and sell to earn profit of $450 solve it.

-Explain how you arrived at this inequality

-
450 < Q*(18.5-3.5) - 56 = 15*Q - 56

Q=quantity made & sold

if you are left with unsold inventory:

450 < (18.5 * Qsold) - (3.5 * Qmade) - 56

-
What will cost you $56? Just starting the business? I'll run with that...

If it costs 3.50 to make a wreath and the sale price is 18.50, you're essentially making 15 per wreath.

The inequality is 15x - 56 > or equal to 450
