I should know this, cramming for the next 5 weeks ..... mind blank maybe... i just need to get it in the form f(x) = ax^2 + bx - c

Dude, are you doing to HSC or something? How's it going? There's a storm in Newy right now.
Edit: Yeah, yesterday was a bit warm, and suddenly there's a storm today!
Btw, if log into blackboard, click on 'learning development' on the bottom right hand side. You then click on 'maths and stats' on the left hand side. From there, there are services offered by the uni that give consultations, videos and links to info to help you with your maths work.
Message me if you have any trouble.

This is not a quadratic function.
Quadratics where a not equal 0 are ALWAYS parabolas.
This curve has a similar shape th the function 1/x, with a vertical asymptote at x = 23/10 and a horizontal one at y = 4/10
This function has 2 distinct branches which parabolas do not.
This is not a quadratic function, and it is impossible to make it one in terms of x.
