This is not a quadratic function.

Quadratics where a not equal 0 are ALWAYS parabolas.

This curve has a similar shape th the function 1/x, with a vertical asymptote at x = 23/10 and a horizontal one at y = 4/10

This function has 2 distinct branches which parabolas do not.

This is not a quadratic function, and it is impossible to make it one in terms of x.
