To multiply a fraction with a whole number, put the whole number over 1, then multiply across. For example, the first one, put the 3 over 1, and multiply across. (3/1)*(5/7) 3*5=15, 1*7=7, so you get 15/7, simplified to 2 1/7. To divide fractions, use the reciprocal of the second number, and multiply. For example, for the first dividing one, (1/9)/(8) = (1/9)*(1/8) = 1/72.

So here are the answers:

2 1/7
5 5/8
(Ima skip this one due to... the question)
1 1/6
1/8 1/72
1/5 4/25
1/2 7/16
1/6 5/36
