I know that to find the Center and Radius you use the equation:
(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

And that (h,k) is supposed to be the center
However this is the equation I have.

x^2 + (y - 4)^2 = 64

I have the k. But no h. help?

-
h=0

that equation could be re-written as:

(x-0)^2 + (y-4)^2 = 64

so h=0 and k= 4

The center of the circle is (0,4) with a radius of 8
