Are you gonna take showers everyday

Your not suppose to shower everyday using hot water. It's bad and unhealthy for your skin.

If your one of those people who can't stand a day without a shower use cold water. Not luke warm, cold.

But realistically and ideally you should shower every other day, then you can use hot water. But if you sweat and get dirty everyday then you should shower with cold water daily.

So what's your decision?

Yes, I take showers every day, but whether the shower temperature is good or bad for you depends specifically on the weather. If it was really hot and you sweat a lot, then taking a hot shower is bad for the skin because the sun's hot exposure was already on your skin, and you need something to help cool you off and refresh you from the cold weather.

However, if it is cold outside, a hot shower can be very relieving for your skin and is good to maintain a proper body temperature and keep the blood circulating, including keeping the muscles less tense.

I do take hot showers every night. It helps me feel clean, and feeling clean helps me fall asleep easier.

Now let me ask, where did you get that information that it's unhealthy to take hot showers? I never heard that, and I'm always hesitant to believe unsupported claims. If you can share a link from a trustworthy website I'll believe you.
