using the chain rule y' = dy/du * du/dx = 4u^3 * 6x = 4 (3x^2 - 2)^3 * 6x = 24x(3x^2 - 2)^3

y= 2x^3(3x + 7 )^5 = 2x^3 * u^5 where u = 3x + 7
using the chain rule and the product rule,
