.....i dont feel like simplifying this .......
can anyone show me how to solve?

Subtract 32 from 16 in the second set of parentheses:
-6(5 - 2z) + 5z = 8z - 3(-16)

Distribute the -6 and the -3:
-30 + 12z + 5z = 8z + 48
-30 + 17z = 8z + 48

Add 30 to both sides, and subtract 8z from both sides. You can think of this as moving items to the other side of the equals sign, and changing their signs from plus to minus or vice versa:
17z - 8z = 48 + 30
9z = 78

Divide both sides by 9, and simplify:
z = 78/9 = 26/3 = 8⅔

-30+ (-12z) + 5z = 8z- 48 - 96
-30+ (-6z)= 8z + (-48) + (-96)
-30+ (-6z) = 8z + (-144)
-8z -8z
-30 + (-14z) = (-144)
-30 -30
(-14z) = (-174)
14z = 174......

i don't feel like simplifying this .... hope this helped though!!!

-6(5 - 2z) + 5z = 8z - 3(16 - 32)
-30 + 12z + 5z = 8z - 3*(-16)
-30 + 17z = 8z + 48
17z - 8z = 48 + 30
9z = 78
z = 78/9
z = 8 6/9
z = 8 2/3
