I am a little confused about how to go about this and I was wondering if anyone knew the answers. This is for a elementary teaching class.

divisibility for 2 would be if the sum of the digits is even (including symbols for 11, 12 13)
11, 13, 15 are all even, as are 20, 22, 24 etc
divisibility for 3:
the same as with base 10 - the sum of the digits = 3, 6, or 9
That would have to include whatever symbol you are using to denote 11, 12 and 13
presumably that makes 6 the same as base ten - if it is even and the sum of the digits is 3, 6, ot 9
Not sure on 5!

A divisibility rule is a shorthand way of discovering whether a given number is divisible by a fixed divisor without performing the division, usually by examining its digits. Although there are divisibility tests for numbers in any radix, and they are all different, this article presents rules and examples only for decimal numbers.
