Need help two number verbal words problems for math!

I know you have to turn the problems into one or multi step equations but i forgot how to. need help on these math problems
one number is seven times another. the larger number increased by 18 gives a result of 214 find both answers
one number is six times another if the smaller number is subtracted from the larger, the result is 35 find the number.
one number is three more than another.fives times the smaller number decreased by 5 equals three times the larger number find the numbers
one number is six more than another the sum of five times the smaller and three times the larger is 98

Larger number—x:
x + 18 = 214
x = 196

Smaller number:
= 196/7
= 28

Answer 1: 196 & 28 are the numbers.

x - 1/6x = 35
6x - x = 210
5x = 210
x = 42

Smaller number:
= 42/6
= 7

Answer 2: 42 & 7 are the numbers.

3x = 5(x - 3) - 5
3x = 5x - 15 - 5
2x = 20
x = 10

Smaller number:
= 10 - 3
= 7

Answer 3: 10 & 7 are the numbers.
