Integrate cosine squared x
Thanks :)

Change to double angle.
cos²x = ½cos(2x) + ½
So, ∫ cos²x dx
= ∫ ½cos(2x) + ½ dx
= (¼)sin(2x) + (½)x + c.
cos²x = ½cos(2x) + ½
So, ∫ cos²x dx
= ∫ ½cos(2x) + ½ dx
= (¼)sin(2x) + (½)x + c.

ferozeso integrated squared cosine x instead of cosine squared x
I can tell you that one cannot integrate cos(x²) analytically,
only numerically with Newton-Cotes formula
