I was wondering which country (or place) is the last to enter 12am. As in an example, the entire United States (with the exception of Hawaii, I believe) is now on 12/23/2011 since it's 3:14am on the East Coast and 12:14am on the West Coast. Which country will be the last to enter 12/23/2011?
