So according to some people 1 year from now something will happen to earth, if it will be the sun burns us all up, a planet "x" will crash into earth ending life as we know it, aliens will come destroying our planet, or a earthquake will cause a huge tidal wave having us all drown. Has anyone ever heard of a prediction of this magnitude before? And is there ANY chance of this happening in the next 2 years!

They are all proven possible and highly able to happen. But they are also proven that they will not happen for quadrillions of years later. So yeah sure, the Earth will eventually kick the bucket. But as of millions of generations of people are concerned, they shouldn't be worried about anything. I hope you feel better (:

Yes i am afraid all of those things you said are going to become true. This time next year the earth will no longer exist and we will all perish and be just another speck in the universe.
