There has been so much debate over Rangers FC and their songs and their flag waving but I find it simply rediculous that people are getting offended by the Union Jack being waved about at Ibrox.
Scotland is a part of Great Britain and waving your own country's flag is no way racist or bigoted.
I find it shocking that not only do people overlook Celtic FC's manager and his disgraceful antics and the singing of songs about the IRA but the fact that the Trecolour is present at every home and away match Celtic play.
Celtic are based in Scotland which makes them a British team also.
Therefore it should be considered offensive that week in - week out Celtic fans disgrace Great Britain by flying their foreign flag.
If they hate Britain so much then why not go back to their beloved Ireland?
I find it outragous that both teams aren't allowed to sing what they want. What happened to free speech?
As you have guessed I am a Rangers fan, my two best friends are Celtic fans.
I know that the slightly intelligent fans on both sides agree that each side should be allowed to sing what they wish during the 90 minutes (120 in a cup game if it comes to it)
At the current moment in time I believe The Scottish FA, FIFA, FARE, UEFA and the Scottish Parlement are all far too strick on rules and there needs to be a freedom of speech.
If this isn't the case then I think it only FARE that Celtic at least get critisized for their Trecolours and songs.
This media crusade against Rangers FC must be stopped.

Yes, but from my time in the English football section I have learnt that most people from Scotland don't like England and English people.
You can ask this question in the English football section or Scottish football section.
You'd get better answers there.
PS. I like Steven Fletcher. What club did he play in Scotland?
He won us the derby yesterday! :)
