How do I calculate the torque in this diagram? Ive already calculated the moment around the base and the force acting on the rectangular post... What about the torque?

Torque and moment are mathematically equivalent however, torque is usually used to describe rotation about an axis like in the shaft of a motor.
In your case, the torque arm is the distance between the centroid of the triangular plate and the post.
i.e.
2800 x (1/3 x 2) = 5600/3 = 1867 Nm
