They will not see the sun rise for another three hours. If the world was Flat, Sunrise would be the SAME all over the world and there would only be ONE TIME zone not 24.

Joseph say: Watching the YouTube videos does not count as "studying." If the Earth was flat, you could stand on the shore of Atlantic Ocean with your "highly magnified telescope" and see people in Europe looking back at you with their telescopes.
As it is, when you stand on promenade in at the foot of the Verrazano Bridge front of Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn and look at the ship sailing away, you will see the hull of the ship disappearing from view before the mast, no matter how powerful binoculars or a telescope you look through. Meanwhile, another observer at the top of the mast, looking though an identical instrument as you will continue seeing the ship long after you can't see it anymore. This is why on the old sailing ships the lookouts were stationed in the crow's nest well up the mast, not on the deck.

The Real Lone Star Patriot say: Flat Earth - I've heard of you weirdos but have never had the chance to ask. Europe, Asia, and Africa are all one giant land mass. North America and South America are separated from them by oceans. If the earth was flat, how would we be able to sail from North America to Europe or Africa and also sail from North America to Asia or Australia?
