thom t say: If you mean ...my husband and me...' (Sorry, I must correct your grammar. The preposition "of" takes the objective case.). The chances increase, the more children you have, so just keep having them and eventually you will have a boy. However, I would stop at 20, because probability becomes meaningless at the level.

Who say: something you might like to investigate
From my personal observations -
wives who are older than their husbands tend to have girls
husband older than wives tend to have boys
in EVERY case that I know , ALL the couples who have girls the wife is older than the husband
Dont know if age difference is significant- cos 1 couple with girls (2 of them) the wife is only 3 months older than the husband
the one thing I DO know it is aint 50/50
In every country more boys are born than girls - not many more but the statistics say it aint 50/50 its more like 50.5%/49.5%
That may be the result of a number of factors - fact is nobody knows why that is

Kaydell say: The probability of having a girl or a boy is like the probability of flipping a coin. Previous flips don't really predict future flips.
