Ok so I been panic since August 7 ( the day an 5. Something earthquake it California ) it was on my birthday BTW I was scared my table from my house moved Verry hard. And I got so scared. Then a few weeks after another one happend (witch I kinda felt but wasn't big) then another one happend and i didn't feel it at all until I checked Facebook .. And yesterday around 11:20 something an earthquake hit Beverly hills. It was 3.0 Im getting scared cause it been happening a lot 😞 is it normal or is it signs that the "BIG ONE" is coming . I can't sleep at night or eat good I'm to paranoid . I really am when I think about the " BIG ONE "

You can't live your life in fear. NONE of us knows when or how we will die. Right now, you are using beautiful days worrying about something you can't control. I'm sure it was scary going through an earthquake, but there are a lot of people around who have gone through earthquakes and are still alive. The likelihood that you will lose your life because of an earthquake is very, very small.
