1) Global Temperatures haven't warmed in the last 10 years.
2) The Pacific Decadal Oscillation affects Global Temperatures greatly. In fact Global Temperatures were decreasing from the 40's through the 70's also when the PDO was in its negative phase but it entered its Warm Phase in 1977 till 2007 and the Earth warmed in that time frame up until 2001 or so.

The PDO has been negative since 2007. We often see an increased number of El Nino's in a Warm PDO which contributes to warm temperatures globally and a increased number of La Nina's in a Cold PDO contributing to Global cooling like the 40's-70's.
3) You have to consider climate sensitivity, the albedo effect, Urban Heat Island effect which affects ground based thermometers and the OLR anomalies.
4) If we look at temperatures in the last 400,000 years we find that C02 follows Global Temperatures and often lags behind by 800-2000 years so changes in temperatures preceed changes in C02.
Do I have to continue?
