I know that sounds very vague sorry about that allow me to explain.
I know it is already a big deal that science has been able to identify what different types of chemical elements make up everything around us/what they do, etc.,
The thing I want to know is this. When will we be able to isolate certain chemical elements of any substance and turn it into another material that contains that same exact chemical element/ammount of each in them?
For example, instead of having to recycle water, we could just find a material that has two hydrogen molecules and another with one oxygen molecule. Isolate those materials and turn them into water.
So I am sure I explained it well enough now and then that formula could be applied to anything else in existence as well. And then-new materials could be made of chemical elements that have never been found together in nature.
So will any of this ever be possible?
And for that matter, if this did happen how would it affect the world?
would more good/bad come out of this?

If we could it be wonderful for the world... I think that engineering chemicals could already been done but they don't find it relevant to do so... But with your smart brain (and Afro hair) you can try it and that could get you out of your boring state...

We have done this already, and it happens every day. In the 1930's, Wallace Carruthers made a chain of atoms called nylon 66 from adipicd acid and hexamethylenediamine. Most recently, chemists have learned to make 1,3-propanediol commercially. This reacts with terephthalic acid to split out water andproduce a new polyester fiber never seen before.

lol.. I thought we could already do all that.
Recycling water? The substances are already formed due to chemical reactions.
There are so many lakes, streams, and rivers. lol
Yeah, Chemistry is a really good thing except for acid rain.
