First, ALWAYS check the compounds you are mixing are BALANCED! KClO is NOT possible, there must be 3 Oxygens to make it work, so it should read: HCl + KClO3 -> ?

Like chlorine by itself? It seems kinda weird this would happen, but if Chlorine results I think they're looking for:
HCl + KClO ==> Cl2 + KOH
HCl + KClO ==> Cl2 + KOH
