Place your cleaned and waxed copper in a zip lock plastic bag, and add a silica-gel desiccant packet to the plastic bag. Finally press the air out of the plastic bag and then seal the plastic bag.-Lacquer.......
I have a few bullets on my key chain and they won't stop turning black and then green every 2 weeks. I used lemon juice and it worked perfect....for a week. For some reason my .50 BMG turns black in like 2 days compared to my smaller ones. (and yes I do have a .50 cal on my key chain lol) How do I stop it from turning green? Even when I don't touch them at all they still turn green. :/

The process is spontaneous, you cant. the only way to prevent it is to cover it in some type of polymer or glass in which the copper isn't being exposed to air.

You can try using a sacrificial anode somewhere on it. Usually made from zinc, aluminium or magnesium. This causes the oxide in the copper to migrate to the anode as the anode has a higher electro-negativity than Copper. I know this works on a large scale but, I'm not sure how well it would work here.

You could also try coating it in a thin layer of plastic. (laminating it essentially)

Clean and polish your copper bullets first. Then protect the polished finish by applying Renaissance Wax, SC Johnson Paste Wax, or a wax.Place your cleaned and waxed copper in a zip lock plastic bag, and add a silica-gel desiccant packet to the plastic bag. Finally press the air out of the plastic bag and then seal the plastic bag.
