Am assuming your molecule looks like this:

HC--C--C=C--CH

....HCH
......H

Longest chain = 5 PENT
double bond = ENE
Substituent = METHYL
Double bond on C#2, since you have to # by LOWEST possible. This makes it -2-ene.
Since #2 is double bone, methyl is on #4 of 5, hence 4-METHYL.
Put it all together, you get:
4-methylpent-2-ene.
