How do you bisect angles

This segment you are drawing is the angle bisector.Hope I explained it well...........
Use your straight edge and draw any angle.

Set the point of your compass on the vertex of the angle and "sweep" and arc that cuts through the two sides of the angle.

Keeping your compass at the same setting (just for convience sake) and place the point where the arc intercepted one of the sides. Sweep an arc futher out away from the vertex "inside" the angle.

Place the point where the arc intercepts the other side of the angle and sweep and arc that intercepts the last arc you just drew.

Lastly use your straight edge to connect this point of intersection of the two arcs with the vertex .

This segment you are drawing is the angle bisector.

Hope I explained it well.............................
